  • The Sprague Visavox was featured in February 1931 by "Radio News".The Visavox is similar to Sparton 45 Visionola. Frank Sprague, the founder of Sgrague Electric Company wanted to introduce personal cinema with synchronized sound and image, but very soon after the sound came into cinemas. For both, Sprague and Sparks-Withington who tried the same, it was a big loss.
