  • The Stromberg-Carlson model 127-M is a 9 tube, AC/DC operated BC/Police/SW band receiver.

    Band Frequencies:
    Broadcast Band ("Band A"): 540-1500kHz
    Police Band ("Band B"): 1450-3500MHz
    SW Band ("Band C"): 5.9-18.0MHz

    Use 50-60Hz when operating from AC power source. Uses all metal tubes. Socket in center on rear of chassis used for tuning eye. Has Broadcast band sensitivity control on rear left of chassis(CCW to decrease sensitivity). Also has push-pull output stage. Two rectifier tubes (25Z5) operate in parallel.
