  • 11 valve holders, one 5mA instrument, manual voltage adjustment, built-in condenser tester and neon lamp NE-2. Superior TV-11 is basic emmision tester wich conects every tube as diode, merit of emmision is done in AC conditions with positioning of load reostat to apropriate value. Main goal of discarding bad tubes from good ones is well achived and testing sweep tetrodes or power audio triodes is no problem for this small tester. Main transformer is autotransforming type and there is no insulation between testing circuit and power line. So there is posibility that chassis may become "hot", use of mains separating transformer is highly recomended and could be installed inside of the tester.

    Note:  It is reported that the diode shown on the schematic is drawn backwards.
