  • Notes
  • The TASCAM 388 Studio 8 was a large format studio in one unit.
It featured a standard mixer with full faders along with a reel to reel tape machine section, which could perform 8-track multi-track recording.

As a complete system, Studio 8 virtually eliminates the time-consuming and confusing patching normally associated with multi-track audio production.

The sound of the 388 is described as "magic" by many musicians, becoming legendary over the years.
