A hi-fi Quartz Synthesizer FM Stereo Tuner with a digital frequency display housed in a die-cast metal cabinet. With a jitter reduction circuit, a SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) Filter in the IF Stage, First Stage Differential All-Stage Direct-Coupled AF Amp with SEPP Output, last station memory, memory held for about a week with a self-contained Ni-Cad battery, Manual or Automatic Tuning, Two Muting Thresholds, Automatic Hi-Blend, Pink-Noise Generator, 32-Step Programmable memory Function Includes FM Station Selection, Clock Function, Stop-Watch Function. On the rear, a 16-pin bus line connection for the connection of the optional SH-9038 Micom unit for programming station changes etc., jacks for connecting an oscilloscope or other multi-path detecting device and an output level control.
