  • A 21" consolette TV receiver having aluminiumised electrostatic-focus picture tube (AW53-80), 21 valves and four germanium diodes.
      Features: Aerial input 300 ohms; switched tuner with cascode circuit receives all 10 TV channels; IF's 36 MC/s (MHz) and 30.5 MC/s (MHz); four-stage IF amplifier; keyed AGC; flywheel sync.; vertical flyback suppression; automatic black level control; DC-coupled video amplifier.
      Side front controls; dual-channel selector/fine tuner, vertical hold, horiz. hold, brightness, contrast, and dual on-off volume-tone. Fully shielded; valves replaceable from back; chassis easily removed. Chassis fused for mains and HT and joined to earth wire in power cable; supply 200/240, 50 C/s (Hz).
      Cabinet finishes; maple, walnut or rosewood - all with gold trim.
