The Tektronix P6051 is a 1 GHz, ×5 active FET probe intended primarily for use with 50 Ω sampling instruments. It comes with additional ×4, ×20 and ×40 attenuator heads.
It has a GR-874 connector for the signal and a LEMO S-series connector to be powered by the scope or an 1101 PSU.
