Please see the Schematic at the german Edition of this Radio  Opus 2650  ID3954.I think the Amplifier Part is most similar.
Please change all Elcos by the Amplifier Section,Because this is mostly Reason of poor Sound Quality.

I recently obtained this Telefunken 5650MX set and cannot move the bass and treble controls, even with much force applied. The volume control works smoothly but the 2 controls below it seem frozen.

I notice that the treble and bass potentiometers are different from the volume pot? Is this normal and has anyone experienced this problem with this set?
