I have a Canadian Marconi Model 450 in my collection. Other than the "Marconi" on the front of the radio and also "Marconi" on the leather case, it is the same radio as the 6TP-357 Toshiba.
The Sams Photofact set for the 6TP-357 is dated Jan. 1962. I have used it for repairs to my radio and can assure you that the schematic is the same.
I understand that the radio (as a Toshiba) was introduced in 1959. The Canadian Marconi branded radio was probably introduced (in Canada) a couple years later.
