  • The Peak STP-708 8-Transistor Solid State Stereo Amplifier is designed to operate with crystal phono cartridge only. The use of a magnetic cartridge requires phono-tape preamplifier PRE-302 (or similar).

    Output power: 3.5 W peak power per channel.
    Power requirements: 117 or 230 volts AC, 50 or 60 Hz.

    Australian version appears to have factory/distributor fitted transformer with only 220 and 240 V taps.

    Made in Japan by unknown manufacturer.
