A solid-state double pulse generator using silicon semiconductors.
Fequency range as single-pulse from 2.5 c/s to 2.5 Mc/s, as double-pulse from 2.5 c/s to 2 Mc/s.
It can operate free running, triggering from 2 to 5 V external pulse or contact and push-button.
20, 10, 5, 2, 1 or 0.5 V switched output.
Output impedance at 20 V is 100 Ω, from 0.5 to 10 V is 50 Ω.
