- Notes
-
The Rider's Perpetual volume 13 shows this model under "Wholesale" instead of "Lafayette". The schematic is for models C-16, 19, 259, and 269. We believe that C-16 is the model and no. 259 the chassis number for it (or the other way round) and the other pair is C-19 with chassis 269 which has a Magic Eye 6U5.
The drawing is from November 1937. The drawing is from November 1937. Because of the 6K8 - see schematics - the model can not be earlier than 1938. Naturally, the manufacturer became a pre-series of the 6K8 for the technical design.
Beitman vol. 2 shows the models as C-16 and C-19 from Lafayette Radio Corp. Radio Wire Television Inc.
