  • The Zenith L-507 is a 3-way portable (AC-DC-Battery).  Band coverage is 550-1610 kHz, 2.0-6.0 MHz and 6.0-18 MHz AM.  The chassis is of a transformerless floating ground type with a resistor and capacitor between the chassis and the line.  The speaker and the dial mechanism are mounted by way of grommets for insulation from the chassis.  That insulation must be maintained for safety.   The normal voltage of operation is 115 VAC but the Zenith adapter for 220 volts designed for the Transoceanic series will also fit the L-507.
