One of these Royal D7000Y just sold for $1,175 US on E-bay.  It was new in box supposidly never used.

Hello all......I need guidance in repair of chart and dial lights. They are not working, and the bulbs are good. I am having trouble finding them in schematic. There must be a common part that is disabling. I am not getting voltage on pins that attach to chart light.  All help appreciated...Thanks  AL
