The FM Stereo Modulator Type 219A and a suitable FM Signal Generator; viz., BRC Type 202H, will provide the complete composite signal simulating the transmitted information of a commercial FM Stereo broadcast. With the internal audio oscillators in the 219A and the 202H, no other equipment is required. The output of the 219A may also be fed directly into the FM Stereo demodulator of an FM receiver.
A peak reading metering system, calibrated in "Percent System Deviation", is provided for setting and monitoring the levels of the individual subcarriers.
The FM Stereo Modulator is completely self-contained and is housed in a single cabinet which may be adapted for standard rack mounting.
Each tube and diode type listed once only. Price as of 1965.
This device needs a mains cable with PH-163 connector.

Does anybody knows this mains plug from the Boonton Stereo Modulator 219A:
I'm looking for a matching mains cable or the socket alone. The pins measure 3.3 mm in thickness, inner dimensions of the plug are 26.5 x 13 mm, outer pin spacing is 16 mm.
Maybe a common connector in the early 1960s, but nowadays [at least in Germany] no longer obtainable.
