  • Virtually identical cabinet to Invicta 420 (seems to be same chassis).

    Unusually for a battery model there is a scale lamp. V1 is a Hexode with RF gain via g1 bias.

    Two aerial sockets (no internal aerial), one has a 200kHz "Droitwich" trap/rejector as well as earth socket.

    Lead Acid Accumulator for LT. 2V and at least 20AH (45AH was common)

    Grid bais is Winner 9 or similar as it needs more than one bias and must be adjustable, or an HT pack with multiple 1.5V grid bias taps to -9V. (-1 for driver and output valve is -4.5 or -6 120V HT and -7.5 or -9V on -150V HT)

    HT is +60V and +120 or +150V (A Portable 32 would provide this and the Grid Bias Taps). A Winner 120 provides 60 & 120 (either older or later version).
